Mr. Langevin played a crucial role in the start-up company's efforts to raise money, attract development talent, and recruit management personnel.

As Corporate Secretary, he spearheaded a grass roots investment campaign, which targeted friends and family of the management team and employees of the company, resulting in the company's first $1,000,000 in investment capital. He also managed all aspects of equity transactions for the company, including acting as liaison to corporate counsel, managing SEC filings, and holding the position of Director of Investor Relations. Mr. Langevin remained with the company until a publishing deal was secured which resulted in the company's first released title, Asheron's Call, to be published on the Internet through Microsoft Corporation's Game Zone (http://www.zone.com).

In addition to Mr. Langevin's considerable management and interpersonal skills, he has spent several years as a Software Testing Engineer with Analytical Systems Engineering Corporation and Citrix Systems, where he gained a unique perspective to approaching software development.

After resigning his position with Citrix, Mr. Langevin spent several months self-training and learning the ColdFusion Application Server development platform, after which he obtained a contract employee ColdFusion development position with eDiets.com, a startup firm which developed what is now the largest online weight loss site on the web, and the third largest health & fitness site on the web.

Upon the completion of his contract with eDiets.com, Mr. Langevin established himself as an Independent Web Consultant, developing and working on such sites as Coverall.com, LoweMuseum.com and Shoes-etc.com under his DBA, UsWebGuys.
